We would like to invite Your Company to be the official food supplier at a unique world-class event, which is bringing together bearded men from around the globe to compete for the title of World Champion. This is the 9th incarnation of this zany, but increasingly serious sport ­ the challenging sport of facial hair growth!

For only the second time in the contest’s storied history, it is being held in the United States. From May 20th to May 24th, these bearded men, and their friends and family will be roaming the streets of Anchorage. Many plan on vacationing for several weeks in Alaska.

There is a large contingent of competitors coming from Germany as well as competitors coming from South America, Australia, Canada, and the lower 48. We are expecting over 300 participants and a sold out crowd at the Dena’ina Center of up to 3000 spectators.

Based on past championships, the media exposure will be huge and worldwide. Already there have been inquiries from the Washington Times, Time Magazine, Philadelphia Inquirer, Fortune Magazine, the CBS Early Show, and more.

Participating will give national and worldwide exposure to Your Company and will supply an excellent vehicle to promote your business to locals as well as out-of-towners .

In short, the World Beard & Mustache Championships are an ideal platform for Your Company. The vendor booth fees will benefit the charities of the Lions Clubs, namely the Alaska Center for the Blind, Camp-Abilities, and the Northwest Eye Foundation. We are operating as a 501(c)(3) organization for this event. All net proceeds will be given to these charities, and your booth fees will be tax deductible.

This opportunity is available for an affordable $1000 to $2500. We are seeking sponsorship, either in kind, or monetarily, for the Wednesday Welcome Picnic, and the the Grand Finale Picnic on Sunday at Crow Creek Mine.
